Jeff Carter
With over 25 years in the real estate business, Jeff has specialized in farmland, hunting land, and commercial investments. Real estate has been a part of his life from the beginning, growing up in a real estate office as a third-generation real estate professional.
Over the years, he has also been an active auctioneer, selling both real estate and equipment. He is also an active farmer and has spent much of his life working in agriculture. Jeff has also worked as a general contractor and has been involved in several ag-related businesses over the years.
In addition to real estate and auctions, Jeff is a private pilot and enjoys restoring antique automobiles.
His hands-on background gives him real-world knowledge of the land, equipment, and assets he represents. He believes experience matters and takes pride in working hard for the people he serves.
Jeff works most every day, but when it’s in your blood, it’s hard to call it work.
Nathan Carter
Nathan Carter is a real estate agent based in Arkansas with a passion for helping people make smart, strategic decisions. Whether that’s buying a home, selling land, or investing in property that actually works for them.
With a background in hands-on construction, property improvement, and real estate investing, Nathan brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to every transaction. He doesn’t just look at listings—he looks at potential, value, and how a property fits into the bigger picture for his clients.
In addition to traditional real estate, Nathan has experience in land and equipment auctions, helping sellers maximize value through competitive bidding and strategic marketing. He understands when an auction makes sense—and when it doesn’t—and uses that insight to create the best outcome for his clients.
Nathan specializes in farmland, rural homes, investment properties, and off-market opportunities across Arkansas. He’s known for his straightforward communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to structure deals that make sense in the real world.
Outside of real estate, Nathan stays busy restoring classic vehicles, taking on hands-on projects, and running a nonprofit microschool with his wife. He believes real estate is one of the best tools for building freedom, security, and long-term legacy, and he’s committed to helping his clients do exactly that.
Terry Bunting
Terry Bunting has spent a lifetime in agriculture and farming, building knowledge and experience that only comes from years of working the land firsthand. Growing up around farming his entire life, Terry developed a deep understanding of soil types, crop ground, farmland management, and what makes a farm truly productive and valuable.
After retiring from SEMO Electric Cooperative, Terry continued doing what he has always known best — working with land and helping others understand the true potential of farmland. His experience in agriculture, combined with his practical knowledge of farm operations and land management, has earned him a strong reputation among farmers and landowners throughout the area.
Terry also has extensive knowledge of farm equipment and machinery, with years of hands-on experience around agricultural equipment and farm operations. As an auctioneer, he has worked closely with farmers, landowners, and buyers for many years, bringing honesty, hard work, and real agricultural experience to every auction.
In addition to his work in agriculture and auctions, Terry has proudly been a member of the Shriners International for over 26 years, reflecting his dedication to community involvement and helping others.
Known for his straightforward approach and strong work ethic, Terry understands both the land and the equipment that keep farms running. Whether discussing soil quality, farmland potential, equipment, or current market conditions, Terry brings practical knowledge and trusted experience that people can count on.
